Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for scheduled cohorts or Partner Circle engagements when cancellation meets the conditions below. Free materials and downloaded guides are not refundable.

Timeframe

For live cohorts, a full refund is available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the first session. Cancellations between 13 and 7 days before start may receive a 50% refund. Inside 7 days, fees are generally non-refundable except where Platforms Data cancels the cohort.

Full vs. partial refunds

Full refunds return 100% of tuition paid for the canceled seat. Partial refunds apply in the 13–7 day window or when a team reduces seats after materials have been prepared. Self-paced Desk Notes may be refunded within 7 days of access grant if less than 20% of recorded content has been streamed, verified in our logs.

Non-refundable items

Custom case preparation already delivered, third-party exam fees (if any), and completed one-off advisory hours are non-refundable. No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@platforms-data.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are issued within 15 business days to the original payment method or corporate account used on the invoice. Bank transfer fees charged by intermediaries are not added by Platforms Data but may be deducted by your bank.

Cancellation by Platforms Data

If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law that cannot be waived remain available. Documented medical emergencies may qualify for case-by-case credit toward a future cohort.
